The Fishing Village

These handpainted illustrations feature seaside homes and coastal flora and fauna; a fisherman’s cottage; a lighthouse; fishing boat; curlew; oystercatcher; puffins; seal, and shell.

These designs were inspired by walks around the local coast in Lancashire where I live and frequent trips to the sea in Wales. The illustrations have become a collection of notecards and enamel mugs that are ideal for the beach.
