Amber of Autumn

This is a collection of pieces made for an exhibition beginning in Autumn 2024. Based on sights seen on my runs and walks, these pieces combine the colours of autumn and encounters with nature and wildlife on trails and paths.

All the pieces are collages made from handpainted papers and handcut drawings assembled on the page with tweezers and glue. The palette draws on the blue sunshine of a clear autumn day and the seaon’s beautiful colours of rust, amber and copper,
